Your pasta bulk up more with sauces. Topping it with steamed vegetables make it healthier and can save you a lot of calories. Choose a low calorie dressing to add flavor. Lots of calories can usually be found in desserts. Downsize yours by serving it in a shot glass. You can save as much as 80% compared to a full serving.
If you have your own popcorn in the movies, you will be able to save more than 500 calories. Despite the fact that cereals promise good health and flavor, they may still contain lots of fat and sugar. Opt for cereals that may provide lots of fiber but only gives you 200 calories per serving.
