The Mario Lopez Workout

Mario Lopez workout has been the subject of much debate. The actor, who has consistently maintained a lean and muscular body similar to the physique of Mark Wahlberg, most recently displayed his toned physique in Dancing with the Stars.

Boxing Workouts to Shed Body Fat

Mario Lopez boxes all the time and this way he stays very lean. Often times he spars with semi-pro boxers. According to Mario, he has already boxed against Oscar De La Hoya, James Toney and Shane Mosley. Mario authored a fitness manual called “Mario Lopez Knockout Fitness” and the title seems to hint at his passion: boxing. In the fitness book he states the reality that in order to be so fit, you have to really train like you mean it. Seems like not everybody is willing to do what it takes to be extra fit.A jump rope workout will also help you stay in shape.

Mario Lopez Training

Mario constantly switches around how he trains. The reason for this is that he is in maintenance mode in regards to his muscle mass. So his main goal is to stay lean and not gain excess weight in the form of fat. Now, if we are to build a body like Mario, we need a structured muscle gaining strategy which targets achieving a screen-worthy body: the wide shoulders and trim waist of a leading man. We need to emphasize that Lopez is naturally gifted in two ways. Mario has a natural v-shape frame (small hips) so he can focus on building up the chest and shoulders. Mario also has somewhat shorter upper arms: this means that building impressive biceps is relatively easy for him.

The Mario Lopez Diet

Lopez authored another book - a non-fiction healthy cooking guide called “Extra Lean.” This is his first cookbook. The actor acknowledges the importance of diet when trying to achieve or maintain top shape. Attempting to lose body fat just through exercise alone, even if you workout as much as he does, is an uphill battle. In his book Lopez authored more than 40 recipes and shares meal schedules with 1200-1300 calories with mainly vegetables and lean meats. This is a solid diet approach - the reason being that we dramatically over estimate how little we can eat if we are to lose body fat. Mario likes to eat.So, we could stay really lean by eating very little. Either that - or we can exercise a lot like Mario. However an a beginner a beginner strength training plan is needed

Staying At The Beach Under The Sun

No matter if he consciously knows it, the fact that Mario leads an active life under the sun light is good for him. Walking around shirtless is a great motivator to keep in top shape. Or vice versa - he trains hard and likes to walk around shirtless to show off the hard work. So Mario likes to sprint outside - a great metabolism booster and fat burner by the way. Working out at the beach like Mario sure is fun. It doesn’t hurt to have a cute babe by your side too. Also, the natural vitamin D that is produced by the sun is responsible for our overall health. Staying in the sun, safely, is a win.

Its a Lifestyle

In his own words, Mario is addicted to training. He stays in killer shape - and hes been like that for decades ever since his stint on “Saved by the Bell.” Being lean and mean like him has enabled him to stay youthful, looking like a kid really, well in his thirties. Many people age themselves prematurely by getting fat as early as in their 20?s!Mario mixes up things so he doesn’t get bored by the workouts. In addition to lifting weights and boxing three times per week, Mario would bike, run, swim, do yoga and also play basketball. Stay active like this and you will burn a ton of energy. So the Olivia Wilde Weight Training Routine can also be used to get in shape.
